  • Top priority given to infants coming 5 days/ week
  • Family deductions for more than one child from the same family:
    • 1. First child pays full price
    • 2. Additional children at 90% of regular charge


  • $10 per child to be paid before the child begins
  • $12 per child technology fee

LATE FEE after 6:00 pm, $20 / hr with a $10 minimum


  • Fees need to be paid in advance, monthly or twice monthly
  • Statements will be issued the first of each month showing charges for the coming month plus any variations on last month’s charges
  • Fees are due by the 10th of the month, and again by the 20th if paying twice per month
  • Fees not paid by the 10th and the 20th of the month are subject to a 1% late fee
  • Services may be terminated if fees are unpaid by the end of the month
  • There will be a $25 charge for any returned check

Fees include all meals and snacks served during the time of attendance, plus a preschool program. Families with varying schedules need to pay for any days they may need. At the time of enrollment, all parents meet with the Director to sign a contract for the desired days of care they will need The contract is renewed each year in August and can be changed at any time by notifying the Director in writing. New enrollees must also pay the $10 enrollment fee plus the first two weeks of care that will be applied to first month’s bill. It is non-refundable.  

We participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program from the USDA, and as such are an equal opportunity provider and employer.  We have a sliding fee scale available and a contract with DCF for those who qualify.  There are also scholarships available for qualifying families.
